The welcoming hosts made the stay enjoyable, and the room was comfortable with a large bathroom, though the building's historic stairs can be a workout. A lively local pub vibe was nice, but breakfast had room for improvement with the surrounding odor.

I absolutely loved my stay in the delightful twin room! The quirky decor and comfy beds made it feel like a home away from home. Plus, the location was a dream, just a short stroll to the beautiful town center filled with regency houses!

Perfect for a relaxed getaway
Had a pleasant stay at this cozy place the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. When we arrived, the barman was friendly and even recommended a great local café for breakfast just a few minutes away which was a lovely surprise.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

would like to stay here on the next trip
The twin room at the top was surprisingly comfy and had a big bathroom with both a bath and shower. The location made it easy to walk into town and the staff was really friendly. Even with street noise, sleep was good thanks to secondary glazing. Free parking added to the convenience.

The welcoming bar staff set a positive tone for the stay, and the evening meal was delicious and well-priced at £15 for two courses. the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, as I found hair on the floor. The window situation in the lobby was inconvenient, requiring me to dress for late-night trips to the bathroom.
